My keynotes combine organizational leadership, team performance and culture data, and real world strategies that have worked, and those that have not.

Frequently Asked Questions
 

Are your sessions in person or virtual or by phone?

They can be all three! The pandemic has certainly forced us all to pivot and provide services that best suit everyone’s needs. While I love that in person connection, I also offer video and phone calls.

Can I pay in instalments?

Certainly we can modify a payment plan that best suits your needs.

How long are your 1:1 sessions?

One hour minimum. I find we need at least 60 minutes to really explore the issue, or areas of interest you want to discuss.

Do we meet once a week? Twice a month or what?

Ideally it is once a week, however I can build the 1:1 session to best suit your life, your schedule, your goals. You help me plan a schedule that works for you! My organizational workshops are structured around the diagnostic leadership, team performance, and or culture tools we may be using as well as the needs of the organization.
